I am a Conference leader of the North Central New York Conference of the United Methodist Church, Pastor of two United Methodist churches, Community Activist, and a military leader. Born in Miami, Florida, I was reared in Tuskegee, Alabama and graduated from William Spencer High School of Columbus, Georgia. After my military service I moved to Brooklyn and later established residence in Syracuse, New York.
